Q: Does North Node Jewelry ship internationally?
A: Shipping inside the U.S. is free for orders over $100.
International shipping has an additional fee depending on the destination.
Q: Can I request a custom order?
A: Absolutely! If you do not see something that you love in the shop, send me a message! I love custom orders and will do my best to provide you with the perfect piece on your journey. A cost estimate will be provided before you complete your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund as long as the item is in the same condition as it was received in. Free shipping included. The item(s) must be unworn & in the same condition as you received them in.
You have 30 days to exchange your unworn item. Please select an item from the shop you wish to exchange for and include in the exchange form. If the price is higher than the item you are returning, you will be charged the difference.
